Service Requirements

The following are requirements to recive notarization services:

The document must be complete (No missing Pages)
You must bring a form of Valid Photo ID for each person signing the document
The Document must be filled out ahead of time (except for the signature sections)
The person(s) signing the document must be present
The person(s) signing the document must match the Valid Photo IDs
The person(s) signing the document must be aware and not under duress

Photo ID Requirements

The following are valid forms of photo ID that I will accept:

Texas Driver's Licence

Texas driver license or Texas identification card not expired more than 2 years

Valid, unexpired U.S. passport or foreign passport with attached visa (visa may be expired but passport must be valid) (the visa requirement may be waived in the case of Parolees, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia and certain Canadian non-immigrants) and valid Form I-94
